Modelled after another Military classic – The Army Mountaineer Backpack – this guy here is super reliable. Made from heavy weight Cotton Canvas with real leather straps and heavy duty hardware. Given you're not just dumping stuff in it, but you'll likely be dumping it in some mud out and about, we've reinforced the bottom with a thick waterproof layer. Oh yeah, and some for the top flap. So rain will run right off it.

The shoulder straps are thin, but wide. So they don't add bulk when you decide to strap it to your ride as a duffle bag. But given their width, they're comfortable on your shoulder.
